Shipping, Return & Refund Policy:

Due to the exorbitant cost of shipping internationally, we only ship within the Contiguous United States.    We have set the lowest shipping fee possible which is 10% of your total order. 

To request shipment outside of the Contiguous United States and/or international shipping, please email us in order that we may calculate shipping and insurance costs in which you would be responsible for the expense.

We use a trusted third-party vendor to produce our Giclée prints.  Prints are shipped directly by our third-party vendor.  While orders are processed within 48 hours, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.  While we understand this is highly inconvenient in a world that receives shipments in 2 days, just remember that all good things are worth waiting for and we thank you for your patience, it is a virtue.

Original artwork is shipped direct from our location in Salem, Oregon.  All original artwork is insured.  

It is our policy only to issue refunds in the event that artwork, during shipping, should become damaged, lost or stolen.  Once the shipping carrier has paid out the damage claim we will request the original art to be returned to us and you will receive a full refund if for an original painting or if you have ordered a print that has been damaged, we will replace the print.  You will need to send a picture of the damaged print within one week of receiving the print for us to issue another one, at our expense.  

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged piece of artwork due to shipping.  All artwork that leaves our direct location are packaged with extreme care; unfortunately, we cannot guarantee each individual carrier will take as much care as we do.
